Description and Requirements
As part of Lenovo’s growth strategy, we are focusing in the DACH region on customers in the mid-market segment (approx. 200–1,000 employees) and continuing to expand our team. To support this, we are looking for a communicative, sales-driven professional who will support our customers throughout the entire sales cycle, with a particular focus on data center and solutions topics (servers, storage, infrastructure, and solution approaches).

- Work closely with field sales, technical presales teams, product specialists, marketing, and delivery to implement end-to-end customer solutions.
- Coordinate partners and third-party vendors as needed to provide complete solutions.
- Provide regular forecasting and reporting (pipeline, quarterly performance, business planning vs. target) and participate in weekly team meetings to share best practices
Your profile
- Initial experience in sales/account management (ideally 1–3 years), preferably in a B2B environment. This role is also a good fir for a University graduate.

- Strong customer focus, an ownership mindset, and an independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.
- Very good MS Office skills.
- Very good German and good English, both written and spoken.
- Resilience and enjoyment of working in a dynamic, demanding environment.
