Description and Requirements

1.Define innovation direction for mobile gaming products and output the key selling points. 2.Plan the direction of innovation for mobile gaming device. 3.Research and analyze gaming market trends, consumer sentiment, and sales data. 4.Analyze and study competition’s products. 5.Manage the implementation of innovation projects. 6.Organize the RD team to prepare documentation to define product functions, market justifications. #LinkedIn# 1.Bachelor's degree or above Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Science and Technology, Information and Communication Engineering, or Computer Science fields preferred. 2.8 years' experience in Hardware RD, especially at baseband department for mobile gaming products or mobile phone products. 3.Solid foundational knowledge of different kinds of sensors. 4.Deep understanding of technology and trends for mobile gaming products or mobile phone products. 5.Experience with innovation management, market research. 6.Experience in technical marketing or product management. 7.Strongly motivated team player able to drive deliverables cross-functionally across the entire organization and an expert multitasker. 8.Detail oriented with strong communication skills with a drive to create innovation products.
