Description and Requirements

As key part of Memory Dev team, this candidate will be the memory Dev representative of owned projects, including define Memory spec/AVL/qualification spec, manage qualification plan, drive problem resolved with clear FA/corrective actions. Also need define memory technical roadmap, lead design review for new parts/suppliers and qualification. As well as new technology/innovation deep dive and introduction. 
- Define Memory spec/AVL per supplier strategy/roadmap/industry trend and project requirement - Project Management with project teams as memory Dev representative 
- Define Memory qualification spec and manage the plan 
- Problem resolve for Dev sync and Async qualification issues 
- Define Memory technical roadmap and lead cross teams for strategy alignment 
- New parts/supplier design review and introduction 
- New technology/innovation deep dive and introduction 
- Rich work experience on Memory development (DDRx/LPDDRx/eMCP etc.) 
- Deep knowledge of Notebook PC/Mobile/consumer products design 
- Have over 6 years work experience in Memory and/or Notebook PC industry 
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills 
- Excellent spoken and written English 
- Ability to work independently and good interpersonal/cross team communication skills. 
- Strong interest in new technology & innovation 
- Strong interest to work with global staff 
- Proactive and self-motivated
