Description and Requirements

(1)AIO, new form device, and TDT products mechanical design,Including chassis, stand, key sub-assembly mechanical parts, modularized design, tool-less, cable-less design, etc. (2)Mechanical project engineering risk identification, DFM control and review, NUDD review etc. (3)Mechanical project engineering validation, ensure can achieve the key target, quality, schedule, cost, user experience, ID, etc. 
(4)Key design tolerance analysis, CTF control and review, other design controls for design quality and consistency. 
(5)Maintaining mass production chassis mechanicals and BOM, cost optimization, design quality issue solving. 
(6)Continuous customer centric design improvement by working with cross-functional teams (ID/CMF/GCM/Marketing/Tech-solution etc.) 
(7)New material, finishing, and innovative ME design, verification and support 
(8)Define AIO and Desktop mechanical design spec. 

 -Familiar with AIO or traditional DT products system mechanical architecture. 
-Strong ability to do the system layout, architecture evaluation and the detail mech design. 
-Excellent understanding of AIO mechanism design principles, cam, blind mating, lever, gear transmission, snap-in features, etc. 
-Good knowledge of tooling (plastic&metal), secondary process of parts manufacturing. 
-Good understanding for the industry standard, HDMI, USB, panel, etc. 
-Proactively to do the design NUDD, TA analysis, good ability at the issue debugging/analysis. 
-Familiar with Creo, AutoCAD design tools. 
-Familiar with traditional manufacturing process, injection molding, stamping, die-casting, painting, sandblasting, anodization, electrophoresis, electroplating, etc. 
-At least 5 years working experience in the mech design field. 
-Inspired and enthusiastic for things. 
-Good communication ability for both in Chinese and English (verbal, writing).
