Description and Requirements

Position Description: 1、根据公司的年度销售目标,负责完成公司产品的销售任务和经营目标,分解并制定本区域销售人员具体的销售目标; 2、负责管辖区域销售管理工作,并根据市场情况组织销售运作,制定相应的销售计划和销售政策;指导下属的销售业务技能,检查、监督销售计划的完成情况; 3、负责开发新的客户渠道,开拓市场,完成销售目标及支持公司业绩的持续增长; 4、熟悉深圳各行业的头部重点客户优先; 5、负责销售团队建设,增强团队凝聚力和团队精神; Position Requirements: 1.具有10年以上IT销售或5年以上管理经验,熟悉企业级客户销售模式; 2.具有良好的沟通呈现能力,良好公关谈判及说服能力; 3.良好的资源协调能力,能有效及进行内部沟通,并推动相关部门解决能力; 4.具备较强的业务和团队管理能力; 5.良好市场商机敏锐度和洞察力; 6.学历要求本科或以上;
