Description and Requirements

工作职责: 1、负责制定各项薪酬福利及绩效管理制度并根据企业发展持续优化; 2、推动落实公司组织绩效及个人绩效的落地实施工作,形成绩效管理闭环; 3、负责公司各专项激励方案的设计实施及持续优化; 4、负责公司人工成本预算的制定及日常使用分析管控; 5、负责公司员工日常薪酬绩效的核算及发放工作; 任职资格: 1、 大学本科以上学历; 2、 5年以上薪酬福利相关工作落地实操经验; 3、 在绩效管理方面有深刻理解,熟悉绩效管理的理论、运作流程及工具方法; 4、 良好的沟通能力、协调能力; 5、有供应链、物流企业薪酬绩效工作经验优先。
