Description and Requirements

岗位职责 1、了解商用数字化营销全链路,从多渠道营销获客-线索孵化培育以及完成销售闭环; 2、ABM客户营销:根据目标行业细分和客户名录梳理,制定数据策略以短信/EDM/朋友圈广告/电销等方式主动触达目标客户群,利用活动及内容营销,沉淀至私域流量池进行线索培育; 3、结合客户营销及线索增长诉求,针对不同典型业务场景营销输出营销策略,线上线下活动运营解决方案(如拉新获客,会议营销,线索孵化等); 4、确定并搭建整体线索孵化模型并优化,直到MQL输出以及商机的转化和销售的成单; 5、通过商用数字化营销内容营销,来实现获客、孵化等转化指标; 6、平台建设优化:基于商用营销自动化的需求和实现的功能,协同BT/IT共同来进行平台的建设、标签体系优化、并在实际工作中进行优化。 任职要求: 1、 有5年以上商用marketing或数字化营销经验,了解营销自动化流程,有过商用数字化营销策略实战经验; 2、 参与并操盘过营销自动化项目,并有典型案例增长案例优先; 3、 具备较强的沟通表达能力,思维敏捷,学习能力强,执行力强,有良好的责任与服务意识,并能承担高强度的工作压力。
