Description and Requirements

岗位职责: 1、负责双官旗售前、售后、交付等服务体验相关工作管理,带领团队完成各项服务工作指标 2、从用户体验角度出发,设计客户服务工作标准及流程,通过先进的管理理念不断提升店铺服务质量,树立行业服务标杆 3、负责对客服团队的各项指标运营情况进行实时数据分析及评估,针对问题提出改进提升意见并组织落实 4、负责对客服各岗位的业务技能、工作态度、心理建设等进行指导和培训,持续提升团队综合能力 5、完成交付的其他工作 任职要求: 1、 本科及以上学历, 3-5年电商服务团队管理经验,有3C数码行业或世界500强企业经验优先; 2、 熟悉天猫、京东等电子商务第三方平台客服管理体系,系统化熟知售前,售后,智能客服及舆情,质检等岗位工作内容及技术要求; 3、具备较强的数据整理分析能力和问题处理技巧和经验,及时针对问题制定方案,跟踪解决; 4、具有较强的组织管理、协调沟通能力,乐观积极,善于倾听、有大局观,能承受一定工作压力;
