Description and Requirements

岗位职责: 
1.负责公司客户服务项目交付服务(商用SIOT,系统集成优先)需求管理,过滤、筛选、评估客户需求;管控客户SLA、SOW服务水平,并响应相关调整,做好各类专项服务及应急事件响应工作,确保客户相关需求合理性,并保证满足客户各类需求。 
2.负责所辖项目的进展及质量管控,协调落实项目相关SLA、SOW服务内容和水平的实现及调整、各类专项和各类应急事件处理,确保各类工作顺利开展,并保证客户满意度。 
3.负责所辖客户关系管理,与客户进行沟通,及时反馈各类工作信息,做好客户与技术服务人员的协调沟通,从而保持良好的客户关系,提高客户满意度。 
4.负责所辖项目成本管控,审核相关项目工作人员及设备成本,上报相关成本超额申请及情况,从而有效控制项目成本。 
5.推动项目工作优化,提出相关优化建议,提供新内容服务,优化项目成本控制,从而有效提高服务水平,降低项目成本,提升客户满意度。 

岗位要求: 
1.大学本科及以上学历,计算机、通讯、电子类或相关专业; 
2.五年以上IT行业服务交付工作经验,有雪亮工程、智慧园区等项目经验优先;
3.具有快速学习能力,富有责任心、团队精神和创新精神,能够在压力下工作; 
4.有支持服务大客户的能力和经验,擅长组织内外部资源,有能力解决复杂问题; 
5.良好的英文沟通能力; 
6. 具备一定的成本意识;有PMP证书。
