Description and Requirements

1. Responsible for desktop and workstation product thermal development, including thermal design, thermal simulation, thermal fan speed control strategy and test validation to meeting product specification and schedule 
2. Thermal research and new technology tracking 
3. Thermal suppliers/ODMs management for cost, quality and functionality 
4. Quality related issue and problem solving,  support PE/PD team for quality alert and customer complaint during life cycle.

1. At least 6-8 years above experience with Thermal related experience.
2. PC related industry preferred. 
3. Good communication, self-driven.
