Description and Requirements

岗位要求: 
1、负责海外硬件& APP产品用户运营规划,产品线用户的生命周期方案的落地,对数据指标结果负责; 
2、有针对性的开展产品推广,提升用户的活跃度以及产品的体验和满意度; 
3、有精细化运营能力,通过策略对用户&资源进行分层和策略管理,提高不同层级的用户留存,转化和活跃; 
4、基于流量进行各环节数据提升,活动监督及复盘,能根据数据变化进行分析,找出运营及优化方案,整合产品资源和用户资源,积极搜集用户反馈,及时跟进解决问题 
5、对竞品相关功能进行分析,分析产品间的差异,并持续关注竞品动态; 

 经验要求: 
1、 本科学历,3年以上互联网用户运营经验,有硬件和海外产品运营经验优先; 
2、 较强的英语读写能力和学习能力,可使用英语工作。 
3、具备良好的总结意识和分析习惯,善于推动改善产品体验,提升用户满意度,用户洞察意识,了解用户心理; 
4、团队意识较强,性格开朗,具有责任感和较强的学习能力; 
5、较强的抗压能力,有创新思维,敢于挑战未知和不可能;
