Description and Requirements

岗位职责:

1. 预测管理:制定By月、By季度预测模版,协同营销制定-13W滚动预测,确保预测需求准确性和及时性; 

2. 供需管理:根据历史数据及产品供应趋势等,平衡S&D,保证总体目标达成下,控制整体产销存风险;

3. 对接采购,跟进PO单货期情况,订单交付周期及出货节奏,确保产品按需交付,预警可能延期的风险 

4. 订单管理:销售订单来单过账达成部门季度/年度目标:保障销售正常立项下单,并根据需求计划/SO制作PO单,跟进从PO单下达到分货、发货、过账的全流程,根据出货数量&PO量,合理分配给SO,满足客户交付需求; 

5. 库存管理:FGI&Write Off达成财务目标:监控库存及周转情况,对高库存/低库存进行预警,并推动营销及时解决库存问题 

6. 建设及优化E2E流程:分析预测准确率、订单满足率、DOI等,能针对异常问题,合理制定运作流程及各项指标

岗位要求:

1. 本科及以上学历 具有产品运营/供应链计划(订单管理、需求供应管理);

2. 5年以上相关工作经验 具有生产计划管理、生产排程等方面的基本知识 具备一定的数据统计和分析能力,熟练使用EXCEL、PPT等OFFICE软件 

3. 逻辑思维清晰,较强的沟通表达能力,能承担较大操作和沟通的工作量
