Description and Requirements

【岗位职责】

1. 经营区域节点客户,稳固老客户,发掘新客户,建立和维护良好的客户关系; 

2. 疏通销售渠道,以客户需求为基础,主动开拓建设智慧教育渠道,建立健全区域智慧教育渠道架构; 

3. 与分区大客户配合,传递、组织、达成总部营销政策,及时反馈汇总区域信息; 

4. 完成销售业绩指标,并确保达成重点产品、重点方案业绩指标; 

5. 组织分区客户经理、渠道赋能,全面完整地将智慧教育方案赋能到个人; 

6. 推动、协同、支持分区客户经理完成智慧教育项目落地。

【任职要求】

1. 本科及以上学历,计算机相关专业,有3年以上相关行业销售经验。 

2. 熟悉联想体系、有联想大客户销售经验优先。 

3. 具备较强的方案产品设计、规划、整合、呈现、咨询、售前支持等能力。 

4. 具备较强的主动性、团队合作和服务意识、学习能力、自驱能力、抗压能力、解决问题能力。 

5. 具有优秀的沟通协调能力,高效的执行能力。
