Description and Requirements

岗位职责:
1.
客户售前交流,产品介绍和方案宣讲;
2.
用户需求挖掘、分析和引导,协助实施团队完成客户需求的导入,规格的制定;
3.
解决方案规划、设计、编写,可以与用户进行详细的需求交流,掌握用户真实且可行的需求,结合用户的问题和需求向用户高层演示汇报我方的针对性解决方案;
4.
项目招投标技术支持,技术谈判,POC方案编写等售前工作;
5.
用户及销售培训、业务专题演讲,协助销售跟踪与推动项目;
6.
成功案例整理和推广;
7.
标准化行业解决方案编制和推广;
8.
售前与方案团队的日常管理包括团队管理,能力养成,人员培养等;
9.
一线售前顾问的业务与技术指导。

任职要求:

1. 具有3-5年以上数据分析类项目工作经验,其中含3年以上售前工作经验,有工业项目(咨询,售前,实施)或BI项目(咨询,售前,实施)经验者优先;
2. 熟悉企业信息体系架构,深入了解大数据、数据仓库、数据分析、数据建模等技术,熟悉各类BI产品(数据库,可视化,数据建模等),有ERPMES、数据仓库等系统经验者优先;

3. 较强的市场意识和运作项目机会的能力,良好的售前支持与方案编写能力;

4. 较强需求理解能力与学习能力,较好的分析问题解决问题的能力、归纳总结和文档能力;

5. 良好的沟通能力、团队合作和敬业精神,拥有跨团队协同经验者优先;

6. 良好的英文阅读、翻译、理解能力。
