Description and Requirements

岗位职责:

1. 根据公司发展阶段及用人部门的需求制定招聘计划,并选择有效的渠道实施; 

2. 建立公司招聘管理制度体系,完善公司人才招聘流程和内部推荐机制; 

3. 实施推动公司中高端招聘工作,为公司发展快速补充核心人才,建立后备人才库; 

4. 根据部门职责及岗位要求,制定岗位说明书,组织实施整个招聘流程,不断提高招聘效率与有效性; 

5. 定期进行招聘数据的分析,撰写招聘分析报告及时复盘招聘过程,评估招聘效果。

任职资格:

1、大学统招本科以上学历,工商管理、人力资源相关专业;

2、具有实业公司8年以上招聘工作经验,具有企业中高层人员招聘能力;

3、有支持企业0-1团队搭建阶段招聘工作经验,能快速满足创业公司人才招聘需求;

4、良好的沟通表达能力,抗压力强,有创业精神,有物流或供应链企业工作经验优先。
