Description and Requirements

熟悉ISR销售模式,自己有丰富的销售经验,并且有相关产品的销售经验;

岗位职责

1、 负责联想SDI全产品的销售工作,上游厂商的资源引入,协助在线销售业务部完成全年SDI业务目标;

2、 重点区域商机挖掘, 制定销售策略,梳理当地渠道,促进公司与区域渠道的共同发展;

3、 负责SDI全产品营销计划的制定、实施及完成;

4、 负责在线销售团队的销售赋能和产品培训,并进行闭环管理;

5、 SDI产品应用的行业场景梳理。

建议要求:

1.     8-10SDI产品或者虚拟化产品销售相关工作经验;

2.     熟悉私有云、公有云场景,了解虚拟化,容器等主流产品技术;

3.     有建立和维护渠道合作伙伴相关经验,并且与我们的上游厂商/渠道生态系统有密切合作;

4.     了解基础设施和软件供应商的工作方式,具备整体解决方案的销售能力。

5.     有强大的口头及书面沟通技巧,能够和在线销售的员工、产品营销、销售运营、产品研发等职能部门的同事有效沟通合作。
