Description and Requirements

岗位职责:
1.
负责联想中国区Social Marketing营销策划工作,保持对社交媒体趋势和内容趋势的敏锐性、全面理解和洞察,与团队一起创造社会化营销出圈项目和内容
2.
紧跟Social热点,结合公司品牌和营销需求,快速输出Social策划
3.
负责公司大型品牌&营销项目中Social相关部分;

4.与外部创意策划机构、各大社交媒体平台保持紧密的联络和合作关系;透彻了解相关的资源,并作为中枢进行协调和调度,支持公司其他团队的业务;

5.具备全链路数据思维能力,理解社交媒体和内容对品牌和销售的贡献相关逻辑,并与其他团队紧密协作以提升整合营销项目的投入产出。

 
岗位基本要求:
1.
本科及以上学历, 5年以上社会化营销推广,内容策划工作经验;
2.
熟悉Social传播工作,对社会化营销有独到的见解,有大型互联网公司、IT公司,广告热店创意部/品牌部,Social部门工作经验者优先;
3.
较强洞察能力,品牌意识强,具有出色的社会化营销创意能力及整合营销能力,能够高效输出策划方案,演讲演示,并付诸实施。

4.拥有强烈好奇心、和抗压能力,聪明、有耐心,乐观积极的心态和对风险的包容
