Description and Requirements

职位描述

1. 与战略团队合作,主导、制定和执行战略项目、年度计划和季度业务总结;

2. 以独特的洞察力和对关键业务挑战及市场机会的密切关注,进行市场和竞争研究与分析,支持业务、运营和战略发展;

3. 进行组织级别的项目管理,包括但不限于项目规划,目标设定,流程管理和关键利益相关者识别;

4. 搭建部门战略沟通体系,制定年度传播计划,建立业务素材库。

5. 支持内外部公关沟通,撰写高管演讲和传播稿件,维护媒体关系和关键客户关系。

任职要求

1. 3年以上 4A PR以及同量级全球 500强的 PR优先;

2. 优秀的逻辑和系统性思维、战略规划能力;快速熟悉和掌握行业知识;

3. 专业的沟通能力,带动业务和资源整合;主导跨部门项目的能力;

4. 精通 Microsoft PowerPoint Word应用软件;

5. 有跨国工作环境经验;优秀的英语口语和书面表达能力;

6. 商科、经济学、传播和管理学专业背景优先。
