Description and Requirements

职位描述:
- 根据公司2B2C的发展战略,协助制定品牌整体沟通战略和全年传播计划
- 独自带领品牌整合营销项目的策划和落地,包括策划立项,创意内容,social 媒介,线下活动,项目复盘,品牌追踪等全方位的管理和落地执行
- 与公司内部各业务部门以及主要STAKEHOLDER的沟通,以保证项目最大化影响力
- 团队管理和人员发展

任职要求:
- 拥有较强的战略性思维和分析解决问题的能力
- 拥有独立带领千万级品牌整合营销项目的策划和落地实践经验,包括深入的社会洞察和独特的策划视角,活跃的创意思维和扎实的执行落地以及项目复盘能力
- 善于在错综复杂的组织内,管理各方STAKEHOLDER的期待,并进行积极引导,实现跨部门合作的多赢
- 熟悉数字化传播和新媒体生态,善于利用热点事件,快速反应,为品牌造势
- 抗压能力强,可以自主进行优先排序,并完成多项重大任务的同步推进和管理
- 10年以上工作经验,互联网和科技类公司经验优先
- 性格乐观,积极进取,沟通能力强
- 流利的英语口语,高级英语书写能力
