Description and Requirements

岗位描述

1、负责完成所分配的行业和地区增值服务的销售任务。
2、负责定期区域销售进度review和商机管理。
3、协同硬件部门攻单投标,提高服务的渗透比例。
4、负责区域REL、售前等主营相关团队的服务培训和政策信息沟通。

岗位要求:

1、具有5年以上IT销售经验,精通企业级客户销售模式,有客户资源,有服务销售背景优先。

2、优秀的资源协调能力,能有效及进行内部沟通,并推动相关部门解决问题能力。

3、对IT行业及产品管理和运作规律有很深的理解,对客户业务和需求的有很深的理解能力,善于引导、挖掘商机。

4、具备区域业务规划能力,具备很强的业务拓展能力。

5、优秀的市场商机敏锐度和洞察力。

6、出色销售业绩表现:在销售高价值方案、赢取战略客户、赢取大单等方面表现突出。

7、可以适应短途出差。
