Description and Requirements

1、负责市场终端渠道销售:对零售经销商销售任务达成负责。负责向辖区渠道和店面传达联想当期销售政策,并解释相关问题。寻找和评估辖区市场机会,完成辖区终端渠道开拓计划、城市店面建设计划;等等。

2、店面管理:对辖区经销商和店面进行管理、支持、协调、监控及关系维护;做好传统线下运营工作同时探索线上社交零售运营工作(不限于企业微信、社群、直播、公众号等),承担起合作伙伴与分销商的双向沟通。

3、执行落实:落实总部、区域布置的各项工作、市场活动及店面竞争力助长工作,并结合当地实际情况和优势提出可行性建议及方案;

4、业务支持:定期反馈辖区市场销售变化,品牌竞争变化,通过报表向上级反馈; 为分区的相关决策提供依据

岗位要求:1.学历本科以上,

2年以上终端消费产品渠道经验
