职位描述:

1、负责公司壁纸、IP、手机功能等相关三维建模工作；

2、准确把握产品要点、呈现角度、构图、图片特征建模；

3、根据项目要求，独立完成建模、贴图、动画及渲染工作，并保证模型、动

画及渲染图的出品质量达标；

4、具备根据项目需求独立设计场景的能力；

5、与开发人员保持良好有效的沟通，高效的推动工作的开展和实施；

6、根据项目进展时间表，按时按量保质完成制作；

7、完成团队需要的其它与岗位技能相关工作。

8. 与全球其他设计工作室的视觉设计师共同合作，同时也会和其他领域的设计师进行合作，这些领域包括:交互设计师，文案写作，工业

设计， 包装设计以及用户研究；

职位要求:

1、具有扎实美术功底、敏锐的思维、良好的空间感与审美能力；

2、精通C4D、渲染器（Redshift优先）、动力学、特效等相关制作软件和插件；

3、熟悉AE后期合成流程，具有很好的自学能力；

4、熟练的三维模型能力，能针对场景做模型细化处理。制作三维场景动画，懂得动画原理，熟练掌握运动图形动画模块等；

5、能把控大场景的渲染，灯光，材质，动画，通道设置等；能够根据脚本或美术设定独立完成镜头的制作；

6、对骨骼绑定熟悉，能对模型的骨骼权重进行修改/绑定。对Sketch / Adobe photoshop / Adobe illustrator / Adobe AE软件有一定的了解；

7、良好的英文沟通；

8、具备良好的职业素养，正直、有态度，有创意，有激情；较好的抗压能力，有较强的责任心和团队合作精神，做事认真注重细节。

1、安卓手机UI界面设计经验；

2、具备创造力和自信心，出色的沟通技能(写，听，说)。既能独立工作，也能

够在团队中同他人合作；

3、有过同技术实现团队直接合作的经验。
