Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

（1） 寻找筛选优质项目，负责直投项目投资，组织资源对项目开展尽职调查，负责相关投资资料的整理和撰写，参与项目的谈判与实施；

（2）根据公司投资战略，对行业及市场进行动态研究及分析，形成综合分析报告及专题分析报告；

（3）负责项目投后管理的各项工作被投企业的退出；

（4）基金交办的其他任务。

 

任职要求：

（1）硕士及以上学历，要求理工科背景，（微电子、通信工程、计算机、自动控制、机械设计、数学、汽车设计等专业优先考虑）；

（2）在知名科技公司、CVC/VC机构、具有AI、企业服务、智能交通等行业1~2年的投资经验；

（3）对行业具有深刻理解，有一定的行业人脉，熟悉行业发展趋势，热爱研究新事物、新模式，有敏锐的判断力；

（4）有较强的投资分析能力和学习研究能力以及优秀的人际沟通能力；

（5）具备基础的财务知识、熟练使用Powerpoint办公软件，英语口语交流流畅者优先。
