Description and Requirements

岗位职责：
1. 参与投资决策过程，主导人力资源尽调工作，通过管理层访谈、调研分析等工作，对CEO及创始团队进行评估，攥写人力资源尽调报告，辅助管理层进行投资决策；
2. 对重点关注的被投企业，定期进行走访及人员情况梳理，通过投后管理咨询赋能被投企业成长；
3. 参与优化创业团队评估模型，拓展有效评估工具，与团队一起探索独特的创业人才评估方法论；
4. 支持投资团队内部人力资源管理工作，如人才发展、文化建设等相关工作。

任职要求：
1. 知名院校本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、管理学、心理学、金融等相关专业优先；
2. 5-10年管理咨询顾问或企业中高层人力资源管理工作经验，具有创业公司管理经验、高管招聘、战略咨询或管理咨询项目经验者优先；
3. 具备优秀的沟通能力及文字功底，有良好的时间管理能力和团队意识；
4. 优秀的英文水平优先。
