Description and Requirements

岗位职责：
1、针对设备的使用、运行状况，制定相应的设备预防保养措施，确保设备长期稳定的运行。
2、针对设备原因造成的设备损耗工时，进行分析与改善，确保将损耗降到最低点.
3、设备物料备件及费用管理。
4、设备仪器及全厂低值易耗的日常管理，包含计量管理（包括申请、建帐、盘点、计量校检、记录等工作）
5、针对下属员工制定相关的培训、辅导工作，确保下属员工保持良好的积极性及工作状态。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，机电或自控相关专业；
2.三年以上（含）设备管理工作经历；
3.具有良好的问题分析与解决能力，沟通表达、团队合作等能力；
4.熟练使用WINDOWS、OFFICE和CAD绘图软件。
