Description and Requirements

岗位描述:

1，负责耳机的全过程项目管理，包含从产品概念、立项、开发、试产到量产、产品EOL的整个过程

2，负责项目全阶段的日程管理、项目风险评估和项目成本评估

3，负责协调内外部资源，解决项目管理过程中遇到的各种重大问题和异常，确保项目的各阶段都能达成预期目标

4，统筹安排前后端团队，负责项目需求沟通并编写需求文档及各类客户要求的报告

5，负责体系流程的搭建和完善

岗位要求：

1，本科以上学历，3年以上消费类电子产品项目管理经验，其中1年TWS耳机项目管理经验，有PMP证书优先

2，精通项目管理相关的体系流程，能够独立搭建有PMP证书优先和优化体系流程

3，有较强的逻辑思维能力和统筹能力，善于沟通
4，了解TWS、头戴等耳机的专业知识，能带领团队完成重大项目的开发交付
5，对项目的风险管控意识强，能承担较强的工作压力

6，英语口语良好，能够满足工作会议对内对外的沟通
