Description and Requirements

工作职责：
1、负责安卓创新应用软件项目管理，组织带领团队保证质量按时交付，对交付结果直接负责；
2、负责软件项目全流程管理，包括项目规划、启动、执行、总结维护，协调各方与面资源实现项目目标；
3、 管理团队实现各种创新功能，包括深度参与需求评估，领导技术评估，并有效协调开发测试，并对交付结果负责；
4、有效协调内外部资源，确保软件项目交付产品竞争力；
5、依据需求制定详细工作计划，带领项目团队展开日常工作；
6、组织攻关项目中遇到的问题和风险，对开发进度、质量及范围进行有效管控。
岗位要求：
1、8年以上软件项目管理经验，熟悉软件开发全流程；
2、有极高的技术创新热情，勇于承担风险，对创新技术及产品趋势有很强的掌握；
3、有较强的技术背景，对主流软件系统架构有较深的理解，熟悉Android，了解Windows；
4、对云端架构有较深理解，有实际项目经验；
5、积极乐观，英语听说读写能力好，沟通能力强；
6、具有优秀的管理能力和合作意识，结果导向意识强，工作主动、严谨，有较强的抗压能力和良好的职业道德，有PMP证书者优先。
