Description and Requirements
【岗位职责】
1、负责园区的餐饮及配套服务管理,包括需求对接、服务模式、业务规划、费用预算及供应商招标、日常供应商监管等工作;
2、 建立健全相应的服务管理机制,按照规范流程实施,督促检查执行情况,并持续进行服务标准、流程优化和完善;
3、 制定相关应急预案,妥善处理突发事件;
4、与内部、外部各关联部门、人员有效沟通协调,保持与内外部机构良好的合作关系,确保合规及食品安全。
5、项目性工作:承接部门规划及业务重点项目,支持公司重要活动、接待等的餐饮及配套服务支持;
6、其他行政类日常工作;
任职要求:
1、3年以上餐饮类服务运营管理工作经验,在大型企业写字楼及产业园区等有过服务及运营管理相关工作经验者优先;
2、创新意识及学习能力强,较强的沟通、组织协调能力及服务意识;积极主动,责任心强;
3、较强的分析、解决问题能力,具备解决突发事件的应急反应能力。
