岗位描述:

1、负责Moto智能手机的基带设计、开发等工作。

2、负责元器件选型，原理图设计，PCB Review。
3、负责ESD设计，Thermal设计，功耗优化。
4、ODM项目Review，指导ODM做好Moto手机产品基带设计，对ODM产品的设计质量负责。

岗位要求:

1、3年以上硬件设计开发经验。

2、熟练使用Cadence硬件设计工具。

3、熟悉智能手机上各关键元器件的工作原理。

4、熟悉ESD设计思路，了解Thermal优化机理和功耗优化方向。

5、具有一定的项目管理能力和技巧。

具备以下条件者优先考虑：

1、熟悉硬件系统设计或有功耗优化设计经验。

2、有MTK/Qualcomm/Unisoc平台开发经验。

3、有良好的英语沟通能力（听说读写）。
