Description and Requirements

岗位职责

1.参与公司产品电路设计、开发、样品制作，以满足产品性质的要求；

2.参与公司电子、电气方面技术资料的收集、汇总、归档；

3.对相关前沿关键技术进行深入调研，实现核心技术积累；

4.负责对已定型的产品进行生产技术服务和技术改进工作。

岗位要求

1.本科及以上学历，电子工程、通信工程、自动化等相关专业；

2.5年硬件开发经验，3年以上服务器/数据中心硬件相关经验，主导过至少1款量产服务器硬件设计。

3.精通高速数字电路设计，熟练使用Cadence/Allegro，熟悉电源设计，具备示波器、等测试设备操作经验。

4.能独立分析复杂硬件问题，熟悉服务器行业标准

5.强烈的责任心和抗压能力，能适应快节奏迭代开发；优秀的跨团队沟通能力
