Description and Requirements

岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities：

  1. 负责联想智能设备产品及方案区域销售 (商用平板，云终端及工控机，商用显示等); 完成销售业绩指标，并确保达成重点产品、重点方案业绩指标；
  2. 稳固老客户，发掘新客户。建立、维护、加深目标客户长期关系，满足客户全面IT应用需求;
  3. 负责区域专业合作伙伴开拓与经营,     建立健全区域智能设备渠道架构；负责区域解决方案、品牌、渠道的建立和推广。
  4. 负责区域市场分析、市场机会点发掘，与分区大客户配合，传递、组织、达成总部营销政策，及时反馈汇总区域信息；
  5. 组织分区客户经理、渠道赋能，全面完整地将智能设备产品及方案赋能到个人；
  6. 客户拜访，根据客户要求整理出各类项目方案，并就产品及方案进行介绍展示。

岗位要求 / Job Requirements：

  1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销、工商管理、计算机、信息技术等相关专业优先；
  2. 5年以上解决方案销售或相关领域经验，具备B2B销售经验者优先；
  3. 有成功销售复杂解决方案或技术产品的案例；
  4. 熟悉相关行业（如IT、云计算、物联网、人工智能等）的市场动态和客户需求；
  5. 具备出色的销售技巧，能够独立完成客户开发、需求分析、方案展示和合同谈判。
