Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1. ‌主数据维护、监控与管理：

1) 监控物料主数据、供应商和原厂主数据、Sourcing matrix等维护及时、准确和规范。

2) 监控采购PO数据维护及时、准确、规范性。

3) 监控采购价格、采购比例等数据维护及时、准确、规范性。

2. 采购订单与价格管理：

1) 跟踪采购订单（PO）执行状态，推动未清PO及索赔PO的处理。

2) 解决E2E订单异常。‌

3. 流程建立与优化：

1) 建立并完善物料、供应商和原厂主数据、Sourcing matrix等相关业务的SOP和流程。

2) 建立并完善采购订单、采购价格、采购比例等相关流程及SOP。

4. 协助推进IT项目需求分析、测试与上线准备。

岗位要求‌：

1. 教育背景‌：本科及以上学历，财务、会计，电子消费，供应链管理或国际商务专业优先‌。

2. ‌经验要求‌：3-5年消费电子行业或其他制造业管理经验，熟悉采购价格、采购比例等基础信息对业务的影响。‌熟悉手机及平板制造行业者优先‌。

3. ‌技能要求‌：

1) 精通Excel高级函数及Power BI数据建模，具备SAP使用经验‌。

2) 英语CET-6/TEM-4以上，可熟练撰写英文商务协议及跨境会议主持‌。

4. ‌软性素质‌：具备战略视角及风险预判能力，细致有责任心。
