Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1. 负责结构类(机箱、散热等)物料的寻源采购工作：包括物料选型、价格谈判、合同条款谈判及签订、制定物料采购策略及品类管理策略；

2. 负责结构类(机箱、散热等)供应商管理：包括供应商选择及合作策略制定、高层会议组织沟通，供应商QBR会议开展，供应商绩效评估，供应商导入/淘汰管理，供应商关系维护；

3. 负责结构类(机箱、散热等)物料行情分析：进行上下游市场洞察，搜集行业供需信息，提供供应趋势及价格趋势预测，确保负责物料的相对成本竞争优势；

4. 协调内部各组织解决供应商相关问题，如研发，质量，售后，交付等；

5. 承接存储类物料的成本、供应和质量的目标。

岗位要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，理工科背景；

2. 10年以上供应链采购类工作经验，5年以上结构类物料采购经验，大型电子半导体公司同品类采购经验优先；

3. 熟悉结构类物料选型，能与研发及供应商对接沟通选型规格；

4. 有较强的沟通协调能力。
