Description and Requirements

岗位职责：
1、独立操盘关键的智能体交互设计项目（含软件和硬件）；
2、建立数据驱动的交互设计流程，并形成自动化工具；
3、构建AI赋能下的用户研究及用户测试流程并落地应用；
4、按月产出智能体及AI原生软硬件的趋势洞察，并在方案、功能、流程、方法论上有关键产出，指导项目；
5、主导AI原生的软硬件体验的探索项目（含软件和硬件）；
岗位要求：
1、8年及以上工作经验；
2、对智能体有深入的理解、运用，能熟练搭建智能体，并有熟练的软件代码开发能力；
3、对硬件开发、工作原理等有所了解，并参与过上市产品的开发；
4、对技术趋势、智能体及软件交互趋势、硬件功能创新趋势有长期的关注并积累形成方案；
5、对数据驱动交互设计有全流程的操作经验、实践并有落地成果。
