Description and Requirements

一、职责概述
负责具身智能相关产品与解决方案的商业化定义与产品化落地,明确目标客户、核心场景与价值模型,完成方案商业化财务目标。
二、岗位职责
1. 市场洞察与产品规划:结合具身智能体场景需求及行业技术趋势进行产品规划;主导解决方案的全生命周期管理,包括市场需求分析、技术可行性研究、产品business plan。  
2. 产品营销:设计产品营销方案,包括市场定位、产品价值、定价策略及竞争分析,输出面向客户的技术解决方案文档及销售工具包;分析AI软硬件生态,挖掘合作机会并制定合作策略。    
3. 跨部门协作 :联动研发、售前、交付及运营团队,确保产品从设计到落地的全流程高效执行;配合销售团队完成重点客户技术交流、需求对接及定制化方案设计,解决客户问题。  

三、岗位要求
1、教育背景:本科及以上学历,计算机科学、人工智能、电子信息等相关专业优先。
2、工作经验:10年左右产品经理、或BD营销工作经验,有AI Agent、具身智能相关产品经验者;有制造、教育行业机器人产品经验者优先。
3、能力要求:具备较强的营销沟通、逻辑思维、项目管理能力,创新精神、目标导向,能接受出差。
