Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1、负责音频技术创新项目，开展前沿音频技术及趋势研究，并将其转化为实际产品功能；

2、主导平板项目的音频整体开发，包括从用户需求开始的音频方案设计、concept堆叠设计、音频硬件设计、声学设计、调试优化、bug分析解决等；

3、深入分析音频NPS提升解决方案。

岗位要求：

1、拥有电子工程、声学或相关领域的学士学位及以上学历；

2、至少10年的平板电脑或智能手机音频开发经验，独立带过旗舰类项目；

3、对行业的趋势和前沿技术有深入理解；

4、能独立完成平板电脑音频系统的总体架构设计；

5、具备高通(Qualcomm)、联发科(MTK)等主流移动平台上的项目开发经验；

6、熟练使用AP音频分析仪、Soundcheck、示波器、CMW500、ACQUA等测试设备；

7、熟练使用电子工具PADS/CADENCE，结构设计工具Pro-E\CATIA查看音频结构设计；

8、熟悉行业音频标准及安规要求：AT&T、Vodafone、EN50332、Hi_Res等；

9、强烈的责任心和良好的沟通技巧，具备独立思考和解决问题的能力。
