Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1. 负责平板电脑的整机结构设计工作，涵盖从堆叠设计、方案评审、详细设计到模具跟进、试产验证及量产落地的全流程；

2. 主导产品结构方案的制定与优化，解决产品设计过程中出现的结构技术问题，确保产品结构满足性能、可靠性、可制造性、成本及外观等方面的要求；
3.  负责结构设计相关文档的编制与输出，包括结构设计规范、BOM清单、二维工程图等，确保文档的准确性与完整性；
4.  负责产品结构相关的测试验证工作，参与解决试产及量产过程中出现的结构类不良问题，持续优化产品结构。

岗位要求：

1.  本科及以上学历，机械设计制造及其自动化、材料成型等相关专业；

2.  5年以上消费电子类产品结构设计工作经验，具备丰富的手机、平板电脑整机开发全流程结构设计经验；

3.  精通常用加工工艺，包括但不限于注塑成型、冲压成型、CNC加工、表面处理（阳极氧化、喷涂、电镀等）等，能够合理选用工艺方案，控制生产成本；

4.  熟练运用主流绘图软件，如Pro/E（Creo）、AutoCAD等，二维工程图绘制及相关设计分析工作；

5.  具备扎实的结构设计理论基础，熟悉产品结构可靠性设计要求，对材料特性、公差分析、装配工艺有深入理解；

6.  具备较强的问题解决能力、沟通协调能力及项目管理意识，能够高效推进跨部门协作项目； 工作严谨细致，责任心强，具备良好的团队合作精神和抗压能力；

7.  有知名消费电子企业工作经验或成功量产项目主导经验者优先。
