Description and Requirements

岗位职责:

1、负责区域产品与解决方案业务落地,根据销售目标,制定销售计划,打造标杆项目,完成销售任务;

2、负责销售过程管理,制定各销售阶段的差异化竞争策略,推动商机签约;

3、根据公司业务发展需要,落实区域产品与解决方案业务的销售策略制定,提升公司在所在区域及行业内的产品与解决方案业务竞争力;

4、基于公司转型战略,持续加强产品与解决方案类新业务模式探索,管理并发展内外部合作伙伴的良好关系,搭建并维护区域业务生态资源,提高合作满意度;

5、保持对竞品和市场的高度敏感,持续增强行业产品与解决方案Know-how,密切关注市场增长机会。

岗位要求:

1、具有七年以上IT解决方案销售经验,精通企业级客户销售模式,至少对一个行业(教育、金融、政府、制造、运营商及互联网)的IT基础架构、行业应用有比较深入的洞察和丰富的实操经验;

2、能够深入洞察及引导客户需求,通过生态构建为客户提供全栈解决方案;同时,能够结合竞争格局,制定影响客户关键决策人的策略;

3、优秀沟通协调能力、资源整合能力,以及推动协作部门部门解决问题的能力;

4、具备区域业务规划能力,能够基于具备很强的业务拓展能力;

5、能适应短途出差。
