Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1.  负责关键技术的预研与攻关工作，保障 Smart Connect 平台的高可用性、高性能及安全性。

2.  确保项目关键里程碑按时达成。

3.  与产品经理对接项目需求，承担平台后端功能的架构设计工作。

4.  负责平台后端功能的迭代开发、系统维护及性能优化。

岗位要求：

1.  具备扎实的后端开发能力，熟练掌握 Java/C++/Golang 中的至少一种开发语言。

2.  拥有良好的系统设计能力，能精准把控系统架构方向。

3.  具备出色的问题解决能力，可快速融入团队开发节奏。

4.  责任心强，具备良好的团队协作意识。
