Description and Requirements

岗位职责：
  • 课程研发与内容开发：
  1. 编写教学大纲、课程简介，开发标准化课程内容；制定模块化组合方案，确保课程体系的可扩展性；
  2. 设计教学方法（互动式、情景模拟、混合式）；
  3. 构建案例库，开发互动式内容、工具包；
  4. 与讲师及业务部门协作，确保课程内容与企业战略及客户场景匹配；
  • 知识产权与合规管理：负责课程内容的版权保护、授权协议及脱敏处理；探索高校合作、行业认证等联合开发模式，将Lenovo实践转化为可教学IP，并确保合规性；
  • 课程评估与改进：建立课程效果评估机制，基于市场调研与课程反馈，对企业AI转型等明星课程进行质量把控与迭代；
  • 授课：承担部分课程的授课任务，包括讲授、工作坊引导、答疑；
  • 课程宣传推广及售前支持：课程宣传、客户沟通及课程方案提供。

岗位要求：
  • 学历背景：本科及以上，计算机、人工智能、信息管理、企业管理等相关专业优先；
  • 经验要求：
  1. 至少5-8年企业培训、课程研发经验，并能将趋势转化为课程内容；
  2. 对AI、供应链及智能制造有深入理解，或具备相关项目经验；
  • 技能要求：
  1. 课程设计与教学能力，能独立编写教学大纲与讲义；
  2. 良好的沟通与引导技巧，适应授课场景；
  3. 熟练使用PPT、在线教学工具，具备一定数据分析能力；
  4. 熟练使用中、英文作为工作语言；
  • 加分项：有企业大学或管理培训项目经验；对AI技术趋势和应用场景有深入理解，具备产品或解决方案实施经验，熟悉企业架构或知识管理概念；
  • 工作模式：全职，适度出差(30~50%)。
