Description and Requirements

• Proven acquisition sales leader who hold their team to a high level of accountability • Deep experience of leading teams acquiring very large Enterprise/Server accounts • First line management experience; managing a team of seasoned sales executives • Proven ability to build high level customer relationships in large accounts, enabling the relationship to be a fundamental part of the winning and growing the account • Ability to drive a team with targeted deadlines while keeping them focused and moving forward with a sense of urgency • Aptitude to hire quality talent and coach different selling styles whereby salespeople can achieve success • 15+ years sales experience, 5-7 as a sales leader • Candidate with strong background on managing Hyundai/ LG Group as customer will be preferred
