Description and Requirements

【岗位职责】

  1. 需求梳理与商业化产品设计: 深度参与 CSAS 全栈客服AI解决方案(如“Lights-Out”无人化联络中心、智能语音/BI Agent等)的规划。负责 ToB 客户的需求拆解,完成目标客户画像(ICP)定义、产品原型设计、版本规划及商业化落地,搭建连接市场需求与技术执行的桥梁。
  2. AI 场景落地与行业方案输出: 聚焦企业服务、智能客服及办公自动化等垂直领域,深度挖掘业务痛点,输出标准化、可复制的行业级 AI Agent 解决方案。
  3. Agent 业务逻辑与蓝图设计: 深度理解底层 AI Agent 技术,输出清晰的 Agent 流程蓝图(Workflow Blueprints)、角色设定(Personas)和任务流转链路(Task Chains)。设计多智能体协同、RAG(检索增强生成)及工具调用(Tool-Calling)的实际业务交互逻辑。
  4. 技术边界与研发协同把控: 作为业务与研发的桥梁,清晰认知大模型(LLM)与 Agent 技术的边界与能力上限。在产品设计中有效平衡客户期望、产品需求与研发实现成本,确保项目高可用交付。

【岗位要求】

  1. 经验背景: 本科及以上学历,具备 3-5 年以上 ToB 商业化产品设计经验,熟悉 SaaS、企业服务、智能客服或办公自动化(OA)类产品的业务逻辑和架构体系。
  2. AI 核心认知: 深度理解 AI Agent、多智能体(Multi-Agent)架构、RAG(检索增强生成)、工作流编排(Workflow)以及 Function/Tool Calling 的业务逻辑和实现原理。
  3. 业务拆解能力: 具备极强的复杂业务场景抽象能力和逻辑思维,能够熟练输出高质量的业务流程图、原型图及产品需求文档(PRD)。
  4. 懂技术边界: 熟悉当前主流大模型的能力上限,具备出色的成本意识,能与解决方案架构师和研发团队(FDE)高效对话,在技术可行性与商业价值之间找到最佳平衡。
  5. 加分项: 曾有过实际的客服智能化、自动化工单处理、或大模型赋能的 ToB 平台从 0  1 成功落地经验者优先。
