Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1.负责AI智能体框架与运行时环境的设计与开发，支持多智能体编排、工具调用及任务规划。
2.实现垂域Agent Skill及不同场景下的工作流。
3.构建智能体记忆系统：短/长期记忆架构、向量检索（RAG）及个性化上下文管理。
4.开发Agent-OS桥接层，实现AI Agent通过统一API与系统服务交互。
5.集成大模型推理服务，实现Prompt工程、输出解析及安全护栏。
6.构建多模态数据处理流水线，支撑智能体感知与知识库构建。
7.编写技术文档，协同产品团队规划能力演进。

岗位要求：

1．计算机科学、人工智能或相关领域本科及以上学历。
2．2年以上AI/大模型应用开发经验，熟悉Agent框架（LangChain/AutoGen等）。
3．熟练掌握Python或Node.js，有API设计及后端开发经验。
4．了解大模型原理：Prompt技巧、RAG、Function Calling、微调及评估方法。
5．熟悉向量数据库、Embedding模型及知识检索系统者优先。
6．有容器化部署及微服务架构经验者优先。
7．学习能力强，良好的沟通和团队合作能力。
