Description and Requirements

岗位职责：


1. **角色定位**：AI原生团队核心成员，兼具产品思维与工程能力，独立负责项目从0到1落地，引领团队AI原生工作模式。

2. **核心工作**：全程主导AI类需求落地，负责AI Agent、RAG、内部AI工具及基建的设计与开发.

3. **核心工作**：完成前沿技术调研、POC验证与落地转化，衔接产品与研发两端。


岗位要求：

1. **技术能力**：精通Python/TypeScript其一，可独立完成前后端开发，掌握容器、CI等运维基础；具备大模型、Agent、Function Calling、RAG等AI技术实操经验。


2. **综合素养**：拥有产品判断力，能挖掘需求、定义价值；适应AI行业快速迭代，学习能力与抗压能力突出。


3. **任职&加分**：本科及以上，3年以上工程经验，有AI项目经验优先；熟悉主流AI编排框架、有开源作品/算法功底者优先。
