Description and Requirements

岗位职责

围绕 xCloud 各产品线的业务场景，构建和优化 AI Agent 工具链：

- 负责 Agent 框架的设计与开发，提升任务成功率与可靠性
- 优化 Agent 推理链路，降低 Token 消耗，提升执行效率
- 建设 Eval 评估框架，推动 Agent 能力可量化、可迭代
- 实现上下文压缩与长短记忆管理机制，支撑复杂多轮任务
- 深度结合业务场景落地 AI 能力，每项工作必须能回答：用户是谁、痛点是什么、带来了什么价值
- 将可复用的 Agent 场景方案沉淀为标准化能力，推动产品 AI 化落地

岗位要求

- 1年以上后端或 AI 工程开发经验，熟悉主流 LLM API 调用与 Agent 框架（LangChain / LlamaIndex / AutoGen 等）
- 有 Agent 任务规划、工具调用、多步推理的工程实践经验
- 熟悉 Token 管理、Prompt 工程和上下文优化方法
- 具备 Eval 体系搭建或 LLM 效果评估经验者优先
- 有私有化部署或 MLOps 经验者优先
- 有结合具体业务场景（非 Demo）交付 AI 产品的项目经历者优先

加分项

- 有专利申请经历，或 AI 方向技术突破经验
- 熟悉云原生、AIOps 等 xCloud 相关业务背景
