Description and Requirements


岗位职责
- 负责联想AI主机所有软件模块的用户体验设计与优化，从用户视角定义交互质量与体验标准，确保软硬件协同场景下的一致性和流畅度
- 结合硬件能力边界与AI能力，制定软件功能规划及AI功能策略（场景选择、能力边界、交互设计）
- 在必要场景下，基于用户体验诉求反向推动硬件设计，参与算力/传感器/接口等硬件选型讨论，确保软硬件协同设计的合理性
- 主导产品从需求定义、原型设计、开发跟进到上线迭代的全流程管理
- 跟踪AI硬件产品体验设计趋势，参与卖点提炼、市场物料评审等工作
岗位要求
- 5年以上产品经理经验，其中2年以上AI类产品经验，有较强的审美和用户体验意识，能从用户视角定义产品的体验品质标准
- 具备扎实的硬件知识，熟悉主流OS特点，理解算力（CPU/GPU/NPU）、模型部署方式（云端/端侧）、存储等对体验的影响，能就硬件选型、软硬件协同设计与硬件团队深入讨论；
- 具备AI相关知识背景，了解大模型、端侧AI、RAG、多模态等基本概念，能够判断AI能力的适用场景和边界，具备轻量级AI产品策略制定能力，能与研发讨论技能编排、模型能力边界、效果优化方案
- 用户同理心强，跨团队协作能力强，能协调算法、硬件、工程、设计等资源推动落地
- 计算机、人工智能、人机交互等相关专业背景优先

- 有AI主机、AI PC、NAS、边缘计算设备等软硬一体产品经验
- 有Agent开发、智能客服、对话系统等产品经验
- 熟悉主流Agent框架（如LangChain、AutoGPT）或Bot平台
- 有 Figma 插件开发、Low-Code/No-Code 平台、AI 代码生成工具等产品经验
- 有端侧模型部署/算力调度产品设计经验
