Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1、负责想帮帮智能体业务中，游戏场景的AI原生解决方案产品设计，主要聚焦个人电竞屋、电竞酒店等电竞空间的整体解决方案。

2、基于市场需求与技术趋势，制定产品研发路线图，整合主机、外设、灯光、游戏智能体、软件平台、游戏服务等，实现硬件、软件、服务一体化方案落地。

3、对产品的收入目标与损益负责，积极探索订阅制、增值服务等商业化模式、推动业务可持续发展。

4、协调研发、交付等跨部门资源，推进产品从需求到上线全流程实施，确保方案落地与用户体验。


岗位要求：

1、5年以上产品经理经验，其中至少2年以上游戏行业、智能硬件或AI解决方案相关领域的产品管理经验；有电竞空间、智能家居、IoT软硬一体解决方案产品经验者优先。

2、有从0到1主导软硬一体化产品落地经验，对硬件研发周期、供应链管理、软件平台开发有清晰的认知与把控能力。

3、深刻理解硬件（主机/外设/灯光设备）、软件（平台/APP/智能体）与服务之间的协同逻辑，能够将三者有机整合为完整解决方案，而非简单堆叠。

4、具备敏锐的商业洞察力，熟悉订阅制、增值服务等互联网商业模式，能够独立完成产品商业模型设计与财务测算，对产品收入目标和损益结果负责。

5、有电竞酒店、网咖、智能家居行业资源或从业背景者优先。
