Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1. 负责AI可穿戴产品（AI眼镜、智能手表等）软件端到端的项目管理与交付工作，覆盖需求分析、方案设计、软件开发、测试验证、性能优化、版本发布及后期维护全流程。

2. 制定并落地软件项目计划，统筹协调内外部资源，跟进功能开发、测试、发布与迭代进度，确保产品按期上线，推动软件质量与用户体验达成预设目标。

3. 负责国内、海外及内外部团队的沟通协同与管理，高效对接各方需求，保障项目目标顺利达成。

4. 推动软件核心功能研发与技术难题攻坚，持续优化软件性能与产品用户体验。

5. 撰写并维护各类软件项目管理文档，包括项目评估报告、项目状态汇报、风险管理报告、项目验收报告等。

6. 跟踪研究AI可穿戴领域前沿技术与市场发展趋势，为公司产品创新与市场竞争力提升提供支撑。

岗位要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、电子工程或相关专业背景。

2. 本科具备5年及以上，研究生具备2年及以上物联网、智能设备领域相关工作经验优先，涵盖软件研发、软件项目管理或软件测试任一方向。

3. 具备熟练的英语听说读写能力，可胜任日常工作沟通与文档处理。

4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力与团队协作精神。

5. 拥有PMP认证，或具备AI相关知识背景、AI类产品项目交付经验者优先。
