Description and Requirements

  • Assist and provide AM quotes and bill of materials within agreed service level agreements, focusing on accuracy and attention to detail with multiple stakeholders in the eComm organization.
  • Help AM to convert quotes into orders.
  • Working with Ageis team to enable tele only products to quote.
  • Raising Jira tickets for any ASM and Pricing issues.
  • Supports Inside Sales with following deals/orders in lifecycle including inventory insights, order status tracking, cross-team communications, and other sales operational tasks.
  • Proactively looking at orders PSD and letting AM know if any major PSD change to convey customer.
  • Assisting sales team with stuck orders, generating proforma invoices and loading YBBI orders.
  • Develops and maintains internal support processes for sales operation activities.
  • Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales operation organization’s planning efforts.
  • Focuses on continuous process and experience improvement, assisting with troubleshooting and development of new processes.
  • Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Participates in business reviews/stakeholder calls.
  • Escalate concerns promptly to leadership
  • Attend training on products across vendor portfolio
  • Adaptability when taking on new tasks and processes

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience in inside sales or sales operations
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, D365
  • Proficiency in English including oral and writing
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Excel
  • Ability to carry out multi-tasks under minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferably in IT/Computer hardware background, eComm experience would be a plus
