Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities

Data Management & Processing

  • Collect, validate, and maintain service-related data from multiple systems and sources (CRM, ERP, service platforms, AI tools).
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across databases and reporting layers.
  • Perform regular data cleaning, transformation, and deduplication to maintain high data quality standards.
  • Support data pipelines and data models used for analytics, automation, and AI applications.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Produce routine and ad-hoc reports on service performance, KPIs, operational efficiency, and regional trends.
  • Analyze service and order data to identify root causes, inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations using BI tools to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
  • Support data-driven decision-making for service operations and regional management.

AI Enablement, Architecture & Maintenance

  • Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of AI-enabled solutions (e.g. predictive analytics, intelligent reporting, workflow automation, AI copilots).
  • Collaborate with IT, data, and business teams to align AI solutions with enterprise data architecture and security standards.
  • Help maintain AI models, data inputs, and performance metrics, including monitoring data quality and model outputs.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI techniques (machine learning, automation, natural language processing, etc.) to improve service efficiency, forecasting, and operational decision-making.
  • Assist in AI solution lifecycle activities, including testing, deployment support, documentation, and continuous optimization.

Process Optimization & Automation

  • Work with cross-functional teams to streamline data workflows and service processes.
  • Recommend and support automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
  • Assist in integrating new tools, platforms, and AI capabilities into existing systems and processes.
  • Support standardization and best practices for data, reporting, and AI usage across the AP region.

Customer & Service Support

  • Support resolution of data- or system-related issues impacting service delivery and customer experience.
  • Provide data-driven insights to service and operations teams to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with service teams to ensure accurate data capture, tracking, and reporting throughout the service lifecycle.

Order Management & Fulfillment

  • Execute end-to-end order management and fulfillment for all ISG service parts orders received in the AP region.
  • Ensure service orders are processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with internal controls and regional requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve order-related issues and data discrepancies.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Major in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Overseas education background or international work experience is preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, data operations, business intelligence, AI operations, or similar roles.
  • Experience in a service-oriented, operations, or supply chain environment is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Solid understanding of AI concepts, data architecture, and system integration.
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel (Power Query, macros), Power BI.
  • Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Familiarity with automation, analytics platforms, or AI tools is preferred.

Core Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in an international, matrixed organization.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (working language).
